Terms and Conditions

Please observe the following terms of business regarding reservation deposits and final payment:-

Upon Booking A deposit will be required to secure the booking.
Please note that deposits paid by any means must be regarded by the guest as non-refundable
Deposits will usually be in the form of a cheque. Alternatively credit/debit card details can be taken as security only. No monies will be drawn from the card unless the guest fails to check in at the agreed time or cancels the booking (see cancellations of bookings) in which case the value of the first nights stay will be deducted.
Upon departure Final payment can be made by cash or cheque. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit/debit cards as final payment
Early departures A charge may be incurred of up to the full value of the booking for unscheduled departure of guests. Any charge incurred will be determined by the remaining length of stay left and whether or not the room can be re-booked in sufficient time

Cancellation of bookings

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of a booking.A charge may be incurred of up to the full value of the booking, the amount of which will depend upon whether or not the room can be re-booked in sufficient time

Damage to property

The proprietors of Squirrel Bank reserve the right to make a charge for any damage caused by guests to any part of the property or its contents
